6 DAY PPL

A gentle introduction to Push, Pull and Legs training. Machines are prioritised over barbells while you build confidence and learn the movement patterns safely.

5 DAY PPL X UL

Five varied sessions covering every muscle group twice. Coaching notes on every main lift guide your form so you're building good habits from day one.

4 DAY UPPER - LOWER

Four sessions, upper and lower body alternating. Perfect structure for beginners enough frequency to progress fast without overwhelming your recovery

3 DAY FULL BODY

Three sessions per week hitting everything each time. The ideal starting point manageable, effective, and leaves plenty of recovery time between sessions.
